Detection of Coastal Flooding in California Storms by SWOT Satellite
In a recent series of storms that pummeled California with heavy rainfall and powerful winds, the Surface Water and Ocean Topography (SWOT) satellite mission has proven its effectiveness in capturing detailed data on coastal flooding.
